This fabulous quality G Plan Black & Tola "Librenza" range sideboard dates from the late 1950's.
It has undergone a professional Itallianate makeover. The tola wood has been hand scraped to remove all the old varnish and now shows the wonderful grain and colour of this exotic wood to its best advantage. The ebonised black has been refinished. The decoupage decoration is Cole & Son Mediterranea wallpaper from their celebrated Fornasetti collection. The sideboard has been finished with multiple layers of hard wearing varnish for protection.
